Why I Created AuditFlow (and Who It's For)

Over the years, I’ve seen the same problem pop up time and time again: a disconnect between business owners and the agencies or freelancers running their paid ads.

Let’s face it—most business owners don’t have hours to spare learning the ins and outs of Google Ads or combing through reports trying to make sense of CPCs, CTRs, conversions, or attribution models. So they do what makes sense: they hire an agency or freelancer to manage it all.

But here’s the thing: while outsourcing paid ads is smart, too often the relationship between the business and the agency breaks down. Miscommunication happens. Expectations aren’t aligned. Reports don’t tell the full story. You might get leads—but not the right ones. Or you’re told everything’s working, but your bottom line says otherwise.

I’m Not an Agency—And That’s the Point

AuditFlow isn’t an ad agency. I don’t run ads for clients. What I do is help you—the business owner—understand what’s actually going on in your ad account.

Think of me as your independent advisor. I help you:

  • Audit your ad performance and setup

  • Consult on lead quality and funnel performance

  • Train you (or your team) on how to read reports and ask the right questions

  • Communicate better with your agency so you can get more value out of that partnership

Agencies are great. You should use one so you can focus on other parts of your business. But you also need to be equipped to manage that relationship. Just like you wouldn’t hire a builder without understanding the basics of the blueprint, you shouldn’t hand over your ad spend without knowing how to read the results.
